deal with "stupido" customer...

today i feel sooo...hot with some one!!!!the customer and salesman..same jer....never admit their fault...and mistake...wat the hell!!!the customer complaint to salesman that the damaged has accured in the last week...but my question is...why no one Customer team inform to me??and salesman only told me by today noon..and ask me to arrange the job soonest possible!!!wahhh....its so easy...simple talk!!!...fortunately our store having a  mentioned parts...if out of stock...kompom...customer bodoh tu tembak ako lg..fuhhh...then the customer calling me...shouted and angry me...he said..that's all my fault!!!mak oii...ingat ako boleh diam mcmtu je ker??weii..man...dun think so la...bile bende tu not my mistake or fault...ako akn pertahankn diri ako....tpi kalu bende tu mmng salah ako...i'll admit it dgn serendah-rendahnya hati ini...so...now u wrong person nak marah2..lain kali...buat keje tu dgn betul..jangan pakai bantai jer....but honestly i say..i really...really hate "ifindifiyafa"..dah la ckp pun belit2...suka plak nak tengking2 org...badan pun bau busyuk....keje x pnh nak betul...keje bodoh pndai pulak buat...hishhhh......geram betol akooo...asshole!!!!
